What to Expect
- Daily Yoga Practices – Awaken with energizing Vinyasa Flow in the morning and wind down with restorative Yin and mindfulness sessions in the evening, creating a balanced rhythm of movement and stillness.
- Breathwork & Meditation – Deepen your mindfulness with guided sessions designed to cultivate calm, grounding, and self-discovery.
- Sacred Music & Kirtan – Gather under the evening sky for Kirtan, where soulful music and mantra chanting bring the group together, fostering community and shared presence.
- Sound Bath Healing – A meditative sound bath to release stress, balance energy, and promote deep relaxation.
- Holistic Workshops for Inner Growth – Guided journaling, mindfulness exercises, and open discussions invite you to explore your inner landscape, releasing what no longer serves.
This retreat follows a unique flow, gently building energy midweek before tapering into relaxation, allowing you to experience both intensity and rest. Beyond yoga and meditation, there is ample time to explore the peaceful natural beauty of Quinta Marugo, wander, or simply pause and soak in the stillness.
The Food
Enjoy fully inclusive meals and snacks with unlimited tea and coffee. Daily meals are sourced from Quinta Marugo’s own organic gardens. Our chefs craft vegetarian dishes from seasonal, hyperlocal ingredients that honour both wellness and tradition. Each meal reflects the land's natural abundance and simplicity.
The Pagoda & Swimming Pond
Find tranquility in the Pagoda, a serene 70 m² pavilion with panoramic views, ideal for yoga, meditation, or quiet reflection. Rejuvenate in the chemical-free swimming pond, where naturally filtered waters provide an invigorating experience.

Located in Portugal’s peaceful Alentejo region, Quinta Marugo offers access to stunning landscapes and historic sites. Flights and Transfers
Please note that flights and transfers are not included in the package.
We can assist with arranging a group airport transfer for approximately 100 euros (return journey). If most of the group arrives on similar flights, we will coordinate accordingly. Quinta Marugo is approximately 2 hours from Faro Airport.
