I am still dreaming about Quinta Marugo: soooo special, unique, pristine, magical, BLISS. I felt rejuvenated after just one night and three nights was wonderful. I could have stayed longer though. And for sure will be back.

I was feeling a bit jaded and drained from the fast pace of life in London.  I went on a 3 day personal retreat combining breathwork, mindfulness and coaching. I returned feeling grounded, re-charged and empowered to make positive changes in my life. The breathwork journeys were quite deep and profound and helped me get rid of some emotional blocks and negative thinking patterns that were getting in the way of achieving my life goals. This place provides the perfect environment and support to do. The food is incredible - most of it is grown on the land or sourced from the local area. Homemade bread, ricotta, honey from bees on the land as some examples.  Its healthy and nourishing.
